Wednesday Run
Wednesday Club Colours Run and Social 3rd April 2024 - Meet at The George, Wanstead at 6.50pm for a 700pm start - Wanstead Park via River Roding Path (Approx 10K
The run will start and finish at The George, 155-159 High Street, Wanstead E11 2RL.
New members are welcome. Please come along and try us out for up to three trial runs.

Wanstead Park Run via River Roding Path - (Approx 10K)
(There will be a shorter 4 mile run and a beginners 2 mile run on the night).

The 2 mile run is suitable for beginners or people returning from injury. The run will be at a gentle social pace.
