A 5 mile trail race starting at 7.30pm from Loughton Athletic's Club (Roding Valley parkrun location) on Tuesday 21 May 2024. Entry costs £3 on the night. Team of 4 will be scored with Women's and Men's competitions and vets. Their club house will be open for storage of kit. Hot drinks and cake available afterwards plus they will have a stall for any unwanted/barely used/outgrown kit. The first race of the 2024 ELVIS series will take place on Wednesday 22 May at 7.30pm. There will be no club run that night as we will be heading to the race instead.
